If camping in nature, under the stars, and close to a waterfall is what you long for, this is the perfect place. Situated in the Engelsedraai Valley, this spacious campsite sits inside a 40-hectare game camp between the mountains, where wild animals roam freely. Reached via an 11km gravel road from the R541, it is ideal for either a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a group of family and friends who appreciate nature. Please note that guests must bring their own drinking water for the campsite area, and strictly high-clearance or 4x4 vehicles are needed to reach the camp, especially during the rainy season when the road gets very slippery.

Built-In Social Braai Areas

• Off-Grid Living: To keep the environment untouched and offer a classic camping experience, the site is unpowered. Remember to pack your candles, torches, or gas lanterns to enjoy the dark night skies.
• Braai Area & Fire Pit: Features a nice braai area with a fire pit, two braais with grids, a countertop next to the braai, and benches to sit on while gathering around the fire. The braais are cleaned daily.
• Ablutions: Includes a bathroom with a toilet separate from the indoor shower. Toilet paper is provided. The bathroom is cleaned daily.
• Hot Water: Guests must make a fire for the "donkey" boiler to heat up the water.
• Washing Up: There is a sink outside the bathroom to wash the dishes, and a tap near the braai area. Please note that the daily servicing does not include washing dishes.
